Accrete Consulting Inc. is based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Accrete’s founder has over 30 years of securities corporate compliance experience. Our services can be provided on an on-going basis or for specific projects. Our knowledge will help your company meet regulatory requirements and ensure strong corporate governance. Accrete offers public and private companies a wide range of services that are customizable according to the individual needs of a company.
In addition to the services provided by Accrete, our principal will accept appointments to the Board of Directors of the client, as well as officer positions including Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Financial Officer, VP Corporate Development, and Corporate Secretary. Fees for such services are negotiated as part of the overall service contract.
Accrete is able to offer a competitive fee structure, and our flexibility in working on an out-sourced basis allows us to lower the cost and aid our clients to meet their financial reporting requirements in a cost-effective manner. This also allows the principals of the client companies to effectively manage their time, focus, and concentrate on developing and implementing their company mandate and strategic goals.
Accrete Personnel
Marcelin O’Neill
Ms. O’Neill is the managing director of Accrete Consulting Inc., a company which provides corporate governance and management services to publicly traded and private companies. Since 1994 Ms. O’Neill has worked with such companies as Caden Capital Corp., Canter Capital Corp., Better Health Corp., Orion Nutraceuticals Inc., Alternate Health Corp., Jagercor Energy Corp., Brandenburg Energy Corp., Mandalay Resources Corp., Augusta Resource Corporation, Westcoast Energy Inc., and the Lundin Group. Ms. O’Neill served on the Board of Directors for several of these companies, and have also performed in various executive officer roles, namely: CCO, CFO, CEO, Corporate Secretary, and VP Corporate Affairs.
Ms. O’Neill studied Administrative Management at the British Columbia Institute of Technology, and at the Canadian Securities Institute successfully completed the CSC and the CPH, both with honors. With over 30 years of experience in private and public company management, particularly in the natural resources and life sciences sectors, Marcie brings a varied scope of knowledge to the companies with which she works.
Ann-marie Cederholm, M.Ed., CPA
Ms. Cederholm served as Chief Financial Officer of Cervantes Capital Corp. from January 2017 to February 2018, and Mandalay Resources Corporation from May 2008 to December 2009. Ms. Cederholm has combined fourteen years of work experience in public practice and industry, with a variety of private and public companies. She served as a director of Brandenburg Metals Corp. from June 2008 to February 2013. Ms. Cederholm also served as Director and CFO of Dynamic Gold Corp. and CFO of Alberta Star Development Corp., from August 2007 to May 2008; as Corporate Secretary from October 2005 to May 2008, and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Ms. Cederholm joined Alberta Star Development Corp. in 2004. From April 2003 to September 2005, she also provided CGA services for various clients. She was admitted as a Member of the Certified General Accountants of British Columbia in 2003. Ms. Cederholm holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Royal Roads University in 1997 and a Bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of British Columbia in 2006. She has a Diploma of Business Administration from Okanagan University College, Kelowna, in 1996.
